Initial consultation
Your first visit begins with a detailed history and physical assessment to understand your symptoms, your concerns and what you want to get back to.
Onsite imaging if required
If clinically indicated, onsite digital X-rays provide additional information about spinal structure, alignment and other findings relevant to your assessment.
Your personalised plan
Your chiropractor builds an individual plan from your assessment. Depending on your needs it may include adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises and postural advice.
Monitoring your progress
Follow-up assessments let your chiropractor track how you're responding and modify your care where appropriate.

Principal Chiropractor · Certified Gonstead Diplomate
Dr Matthew Panetta has been practising chiropractic for more than 20 years and has been the principal chiropractor and owner of Pinewood Chiropractic since 2008.
Before completing his chiropractic studies at RMIT in 2004, Dr Matt obtained an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy — an additional foundation in musculoskeletal anatomy and function.
